The Supply Room is currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a KS2 year group in Cricklewood. This is a long-term fixed position, offering stability and the chance to work closely with students and staff to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.


Qualifications:
While not required, it is
highly desirable if you hold a Teaching Assistant qualification.

This qualification demonstrates your dedication to the role and provides you with a strong foundation of knowledge and skills to effectively support students.


Experience:


Previous experience of supporting children in a Teaching Assistant role is essential for this position. Your experience will enable you to confidently provide individual support to students, assist in delivering high-quality lessons, and contribute to the overall development and progress of the students.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver interactive and engaging lessons
  • Provide
    oneonone and small group support to students, focusing on their individual needs and promoting their academic progress

Assist with classroom management, including behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment

  • Support students with their literacy and numeracy skills, helping them to develop their abilities and confidence

Contribute to the planning and preparation of resources and materials for lessons and activities


Pay Rate:
We believe in recognizing and valuing your skills and experience. As an experienced Teaching Assistant, you will receive a competitive pay rate of £81.76 per day.
