Your role will include supporting the class teacher in delivering the curriculum, making sure our students are exposed to _
nurturing _and safe _
environments_
, as well as being engaged _
during educational _activities
to ensure they can progress to the best of their ability.

Applicants must be available to work between _
08:30 - 15:30_
, from_
Monday _to
Friday and searching for a role which offers a _
temp-perm_ contract.

Attributes:

A minimum of 18 months of _
experience within the classroom_.
Dedicated to educating young people from _
11 _or _
11 16 _years of age.
Good _
communication_ and interpersonal skills.
Patient, accommodating and _
understanding_.
The ability to react _
quickly_, yet calmly.
An understanding of _
SEN_.

Classroom maintenance and preparation
Assisting the teacher with daily tasks to ensure the day runs smoothly and the students have everything they need for certain activities.
Able to adapt activities to suit _
individual _needs
Monitoring behaviour, tracking progress, and _
rewarding achievements_.
