Teaching Assistant _to support pupils in both _
primary _and _
specialist _education with academic development and overall growth.

Your role will include supporting the class teacher in delivering the curriculum, making sure our students are exposed to _
nurturing _and safe _
environments_
, as well as being engaged _
during educational _activities
to ensure they can progress to the best of their ability.
Applicants must be available to work between _
08:30 - 15:30_
, from_
Monday _to
Friday and searching for a role which offers a _
temp-perm_ contract.
Attributes:
_
- A minimum of 18 months of _
experience within the classroom_. - Dedicated to educating young people from _
11 _or _
11 16 _years of age. - Good _
communication_ and interpersonal skills. - Patient, accommodating and _
understanding_. - The ability to react _
quickly_, yet calmly. - An understanding of _
SEN_.
Responsibilities:
_
- Dedicated to safeguarding _
all_ _
pupils _in your care.
1:1 classroom support for those with _
SEN_.
- Classroom maintenance and preparation
- Assisting the teacher with daily tasks to ensure the day runs smoothly and the students have everything they need for certain activities.
- Able to adapt activities to suit _
individual _needs - Monitoring behaviour, tracking progress, and _
rewarding achievements_.
