About the Role


You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to their tenants based at their Bradford Customer Service Contact Centre.

This is a generic and rewarding role - and a challenging one.

You will be required to take incoming calls from theirtenants, diagnose repairs, liaising with contractors, keeping tenants up to date, making outbound call to improve the overall service levels and will be committed to their inclusive housing mission.

About You

Possess a commitment to delivering customer service excellence and a reputation for ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will be committed, and enthusiastic, thriving on the challenges of working independently and the responsibility and rewards thatbrings.

You will have experience and knowledge of housing. You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt to different circumstances and service demands.
