Time Appointments are working closely with a market leading, multi award winning supplier of promotional products, due to their continued success and expansion they are looking to take onboard a customer service administrator.

You'll be working for a forward-thinking expanding business with a brilliant work culture


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers and colleagues effectively
  • Processing online order requests
  • Ensuring all customers needs are dealt with efficiently
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Handling incoming calls in a professional and helpful manner
  • Making sure order deadlines are met with suppliers

Skills Needed:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Brilliant organization skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Problem solving skills
