    Assistant Manager | New Store Opening | Premium Retail Product | £25,000-£27,000Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing specialist retailer as their new Assistant Store Manager This brand is in major growth mode with new store openings planned across the country, we want someone who is energetic, personable and passionate about delivering a high level of service to clients and customers.

    This role will be responsible for supporting a brand-new store opening so you will be working closely with the Store Manager to lead the store opening & set the highest of standardsYou will be eager to bring a high level of service to customers, be passionate about the product, and ensure about all brand standards are achieved.

    We want our new Assistant Manager to be proud of where they work, showcase that in everything you do and create a fantastic shopping experienceThis is a multi-functional role that covers all aspects of managing a store in the absence of the Manager, implementing marketing initiatives/brand campaigns, handling team training and development and driving exceptional customer service.

    We need a leader who is energetic, organised and diligent, with strong attention to detail.


    Responsibilities as an Assistant Manager:


    Able to sell and engage with customers about highly technical and advanced apparelHave high visual standards across all store areasDrive performance and sales through a premium experience and serviceCreate an environment that creates an excellent experience for customersManaging team training & developmentHandling all aspects of customer feedback and correspondenceThis is an amazing opportunity with a retailer who are growing and are about to take the market by storm As Assistant Manager in their first UK store you will be passionate about retail and work hard to succeed and progress.
