One Property Recruitment have been exclusively instructed on a search for a Finance Assistant local to the Barnet area.

An exciting opportunity for a graduate to kick start their property finance career with a growing multidisciplinary property management company.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a very customer service led role as you will be dealing with customer queries, chasing arrears and working to achieve the KPIs set.

This role would therefore suit someone tenacious and target driven who is naturally a "people person" as well as customer service led with a problem-solving mentality will thrive in this role.

Your core duties will include:

Supporting the PM team to ensure enough cash flow for each site
Liaising with solicitors and instructing based on client instruction
Working closely with accountants and managers to provide an efficient and high quality service to clients
Ensure targets are met in line with KPIs
Creation and weekly monitoring of payment plans for leaseholders where required
Collate financial reports to present to the PM team

I am looking for the following attributes/experience:

Customer Service experience
Direct accounts/credit control experience ideal
Personable nature, approachable, bubbly
Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment
Good knowledge of Excel
Desire to learn and passion for the property industry
