Description

The core duties will consist of

Ensuring that all who enter the building including residents, investors, guest are all welcomed politely and have their needs met.
Inspecting and tending to all communal areas that must remain at a high standard to ensure maximum enjoyment.
Ensuring that all queries are dealt with swiftly to maintain the best possible relationship with the residents
Making sure that all sensitive information is kept completely confidential.

The starting salary for this position is £25,000 with a 10% discretionary bonus.

A can do, positive attitude.
Excellent time management skills
An ability to remain calm under pressure
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
