One Property Recruitment are working with boutique property developer who have an ambitious strategy for the future and who's vision is to strengthen communities.

As the head of Operations, you will lead from the front and have oversight of 6 new-build developments which are either in a phased handover, being mobilised or where the build project is yet to begin

Core duties below:

Responsible for the performance of all managing agents on the portfolio
Ensuring all freeholder and clint interests are protected
Ensuring all managing agents are compliant with industry policies
Managing various departments to ensure all operations are completed, including H&S, accounts void projections and more
Working closely with other internal members and departments
Direct involvement in recruitment for your team and the division
Report regularly to the board

This position will also be a leadership focused role where you will oversee a team of 5 direct reports with a wider team below to support.

This position would suit someone who is looking to move client-side, in a more operational and strategic focused role and away from the day-to-day leasehold management duties.

I am looking for individuals with the following:

MIRPM qualified (AssocRICS desirable)
Proven track record mobilising residential developments
Leader who can motivate themselves as well as those around them
