THE COMPANY
Harnham are working with a well-known e-commerce company to find an Automation manager that's experienced in coding and building templates


THE ROLE
As a CRM Automation Executive, you would work on complex coding projects in Braze

In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Support Automation Manager to drive retention and loyalty
  • Create and review audiences and segmentation
  • Work closely with technical stakeholders to ensure the CRM platforms are working correctly
  • Closely monitor campaign delivery and create reports

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful CRM Automation Executive will have the following skills and experience:

  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding best practices in Data Protection in CRM Marketing
  • Experience in coding
  • Passion for solving complex problems

THE BENEFITS
