    THE COMPANY:


    nThis is a leading digital marketplace company in a specific sector, they have been going from strength to strength over the past few years as they scale up.

    Having been evaluated as a $100 million business, they are hugely successful and continue their growth trajectory.


    THE ROLE:


    nAs the Marketing Analytics Lead, you will be:nWorking with marketing and campaign data in SQL across a range of digital marketing channels, as well as website data in Google Analytics.nUnderstanding the performance of different channels and campaigns, sharing insights on ROI and making recommendations for future campaigns.nWorking with third-party agency for marketing measurement, understanding incrementality testing, attribution modelling and campaign evaluation.nSharing reports to the CMO and wider marketing team to help steer their strategy.nLine managing a Marketing Analyst.


    YOUR SKILLS:


    nPrevious experience in a similar marketing analytics role across different channels (preferably CRM, SEO, PPC, affiliates and paid media)nExcellent technical skills in SQL and Google Analytics.nAble to tell a story from data, using actionable insights and making recommendations.nAble to work in a collaborative environment to work with Senior Stakeholders including the CMO.
