The role

  • Providing technical support to the Consultant Team with client implementations and annual renewal projects, including system configuration, testing, data load and issue resolution
  • Delivering the best technical and process solution to accommodate client requests, working across multiple clients with changing priorities and challenging timelines.
  • Proactive management of time, including ability to reprioritise to support multiple projects delivering within a required timescale
  • Identifying and implementing improvements as to how tasks are carried out, including identification of process enhancements ensuring these are documented and form part of our Best Practice documentation.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations, mainly internal here at Phoenix, Project managers, Consultants, Lead Consultants and Client Relationship Managers.

What we're looking for

  • An understanding of the flexible benefits offering to employees by an employer
  • Knowledge of Workplace pensions and autoenrolment
  • Ideally have knowledge of Payroll delivery and HR data in relation to employee benefits
