Introduction:


It is imperative that you have experience working within a highly secure environment and hold a DV clearance to be able to access the documents and the site.

This is a Business Support role involving the management and accounting of IT accounts and associated hardware.

You will need to spend the majority of the time on site in central Cheltenham.


Key responsibilities:


  • Advising on policy decisions around usage in the client environment.
  • The administration associated with the creation, deletion and management of accounts.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of devices and who they are issued to and conducting an annual audit.
  • Ensuring devices are returned by those that no longer need them.
  • The ordering of hardware to meet demand.
  • Ensuring that Security Operating Procedures are kept up to date and are disseminated to users.
  • Ensuring users comply with the Security Operating Procedures and sign as having read them as required.

Skills & experience:


  • Experience in an administration role in a highly secure environment.
  • Any experience or asset management/business support would be fantastic.
  • Project support experience would be desirable but not essential.
