Are you passionate about Finance and Accounting?

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to work in our Finance Team at East Leake, helping to deliver Financial Administration assistance across our client's UK and Ireland brands.

This Accounting Assistant will be a part of our Finance team.

This role is full-time Monday - Friday. Hybrid working is available after an initial training period. The position is a Temporary contract until May 2024.

What we're looking for:

What you will be doing:

Ensuring all customer issues are resolved.
Make sure all invoices are paid on time and any recharges are administered promptly.
Updating the system with all details of company cars and vehicles and their drivers.
Ensuring all maintenance fees, speeding, or parking fines from company vehicles are settled or forwarded accordingly.
Make sure all brands have the correct details on the system.
Assisting in implementing new processes and procedures.
