Description

We are looking for night bar/food and beverage staff to work on our late bar and help serve room service food orders.

Shifts will typically be from 9pm-5am or 10pm-6am 4 or 5 nights a week.


The role will involve:
- providing the highest standard of customer service at all times.

  • The provision of food and beverage products to a diverse client base.
  • General cleaning duties
  • Responding to management instructions
- weekend work


Skills & Specifications

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • GCSE Maths & English, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Work well under pressure

Desirable criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a busy bar.
  • Cocktail knowledge
  • Wine/craft beer knowledge
