We are recruiting for a concierge to join our team.

The concierge is the first person guests come into contact with and must deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times.

The concierge will have a good knowledge of hotel facilities and the local area including restaurants, attractions, transport etc.

If you enjoy talking to and helping people and have a good knowledge of Belfast, this may be the role for you.

Duties include:
- meet and greet hotel guests and visitors.
- deal with all guest requests in a timely and efficent manner
- delivering luggage to rooms
- valet parking
- support reception when required
- maintain cleanliness of reception and hotel entrance

NO PREVIOUS CONCIERGE EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN

**A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role

Essential criteria:
- have a desire to exceed the guest expectations at all times
- have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests
- be familiar with local restaurants and attractions
- have working knowledge of office and excel packages
- be a team player but be able to use their initiative to assist guests when necessary
- have a least 1 years front facing customer service experience
- have the right to work in the UK

Desirable criteria:
- have at least 6 months concierge experience in a 4 star hotel
