Delve into complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions across the UK, international markets, and the equity capital landscape.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate relevant experience in handling corporate M&A and private equity (PE) transactions.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment, showcasing exceptional interpersonal abilities.
Efficiently manage a diverse and intricate workload, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
Display selfmotivation and a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
Lead and mentor team members to foster their skills and expertise.
Engage in effective matter management and contribute to business development activities.

Requirements:

6y+ PQE
Proven track record in corporate M&A and PE transactions.
Strong team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complex and varied tasks with efficiency.
Selfdriven and eager to pursue continuous learning.
Experience in guiding and developing team members.
Proficiency in matter management and involvement in business development initiatives.
Must be a registered lawyer with either the SRA or Law Society of Scotland.
