Van Driver

Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking for multiple experienced multi drop delivery drivers to work for our well known client based in Chapeltown, Sheffield.


The job:


  • Parcel deliveries and collections (up to 40 deliveries and 10 collections per day)
  • Customer service skills are essential as you will be delivering to residential and commercial properties


  • Monday

  • Friday ongoing positions.
  • You will have to do a 2 day induction and spend 1 day with another driver to learn the role. This will all be paid.

You:


  • Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes
  • Must have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence, and no major endorsements.
  • Must have a valid DBS check (or be willing to get one before your start date)
Pay is £11.68 per hour including holiday pay (£10.42 per hour plus £1.26 per hour holiday pay). You will be paid weekly every Friday.

Experience:


  • Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Driving: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
