- Carry out cultivations for the outdoor cropping, including primary and secondary cultivations, and applying slug pellets and herbicides
- Complete maintenance duties and tasks using farm implements such as spraying, fertiliser, drilling, cultivations, and irrigation
- Recent experience with driving large modern agricultural equipment is a must
- Driving and maintaining tractors and other agricultural equipment
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure health & safety compliance and report all incidents
- Assist with spraying, fertiliser applications, and indoor growing if required
- Moving agricultural equipment, produce, or items with tractor or trailer
- Setting up and moving irrigation equipment
- Experience in driving large modern agricultural equipment
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- PA1, PA2 and PA4 desirable
- Good level of spoken English
- Forklift/Teleporter certificates not essential

Working hours: The role is mostly Mon-Fri, but some weekend work (mainly Saturday mornings) is required during busy periods.
