WHAT? Recruitment Consultant

WHERE? Southampton

HOURS? Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

SALARY? Very attractive salary DOE, great benefits

Duties of Recruitment Consultant:


  • Business development via a range of methods to include direct sales as well as online and offline engagement.
  • Generating sales leads via research and networking.
  • Supporting clients through the recruitment process, providing sound industry knowledge and guidelines.
  • Successful Account Management of new and existing clients to foster strong relationships.
  • Database management and compliance checks to include right to work ID check verification and reference checks.
  • Completing admin tasks to include CV writing, documentation completion and record keeping.
  • Keeping up to date with industry news and trends.
  • Minimum of 6 months agency experience
  • Selfmotivated and able to identify opportunities
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Tenacious and resilient
  • Ambitious, driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
  • Problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills
  • A good knowledge of the recruitment sector
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer focused approach

Selective Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Didcot.

This position will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate records of employee information, and assisting with the scheduling of new employees.


Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire new employees
  • Manage new employee information in our CRM system
  • Maintain employee files and records accurately through electronic data entry and computer generated forms
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and document creation
  • Assist with the scheduling of new employees
  • Manage the hiring process for all new employees, including interviews, reference checks, and orientation
  • Conduct background checks on all new hires

Experience:
Staffing (1 year preferred) HR (1 year preferred) (preferred) Administrative (1 year preferred) (preferred)

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
