Morgan Hunt is currently working on an opportunity for a temporary Graduate Recruitment Manager starting ASAP, paying £126 - £150 per day.

The position will be based in London, working for a prestigious Regulatory body and will be temporary until the endof March to begin with.

As a Graduate Recruitment manager you will help manage this new project for the organisation and will be working in the London based office once per week and 4 days from home.

The Graduate Scheme Recruitment Manager is responsible for the implementation and administration of the full recruitment life cycle of the pilot Graduate Scheme so it will be a fantastic opportunity

Key responsibilities of the Graduate Recruitment Manager:

In collaboration, develop and design marketing and attraction materials for the scheme
Write and post engaging adverts that are strategically placed, are on brand in line with best practice, and meet our legal obligations.
Coordinate, and where appropriate participate, in the selection process (including shortlisting, assessment centres and panel interviews).
Organise attendance at University Careers Fairs, and represent the Agency at these fairs where required.

Communication and influence
Delivering at pace
Prior experience of recruiting graduates or early career recruitment
In depth knowledge of the recruitment cycle, from posting adverts to offer and on boarding
