Morgan Hunt have partnered with a Top 20 London Chartered Accountancy & Advisory Firm that boasts approx. 50 partners and 500 staff members across all their offices and are increasingly growing.

They work with both businesses & individuals and specialisein delivering exceptional service, especially when it comes to dealing with the complex challenges of all their clients.

The successful Audit Senior will have the opportunity to be part of an ambitious team within their fabulous Central London office.

You will be responsible for a varied portfolio of clients and will have the opportunity to be at the front line in the audits.

We are looking for an Audit Senior to join our London office Audit team.

The purpose of this role is to play a key part of the audit team ensuring that audit planning, fieldwork and completion is performed to a sufficient standard, ultimately resulting inthe ability for the Top 20 Firm to sign audit reports.

The Audit Senior's Responsibilities will include:

Involving during the planning process, executing and finalizing audits.
Preparation of accounts, reports and other assignments as required.
Engaging with clients regarding audit planning and liaising with relevant departments within the firm.
Supporting the team's achievement of hitting the Financial and other targets.
Supervising and delegating a small number of staff.
Reporting results to Partners and Managers and maintaining expectations of all the clients.

The Ideal skills for the successful Audit Senior:

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to participate in a team and work independently in an accountancy firm.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience of: FRS102 and FRS102A, complex or group auditing, UK GAAP and International Auditing Standards.

Software Experience & Qualifications:

Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and Outlook), CCH Central, CCH Accounts Production, Xero, VT, Iris Bureau Payroll, QuickBooks and CaseWare.
ACCA, ACA or CA.
