Administrator


Employment Term: 1 Year part-time contract, potential to progress into a permanent role.


Location:
Q1, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle


Rate of pay:
£20k per annum.


Hours of work: 30 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8.30am 4.30pm

Essential attributes & qualifications/experience for the Administrator are:

  • Relevant qualification is essential (English and Maths GSCE grade C or above or equivalent, L2 Business Administration qualification or higher)

  • Minimum 2 years administration work experience

Desirable skills/experience:


  • Sound knowledge of Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding
  • Experience of Education and Training industry
  • Experience of relevant systems used: PICS, OneFile, DAS desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Key responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation of ESFA employer contracts.
  • Create accounts on the e portfolio system.
  • Develop knowledge to audit ESFA paperwork.
  • Process learner reviews.
  • Process Health & Safety assessments.
  • Scanning of awarding Body Certificates.
  • Develop knowledge of the department MIS system.
  • Learn ESFA funding rules.
  • Reserve funding on the DAS portal for nonlevy employers.
  • Create cohorts and add learner details to the DAS system.
  • Enter all Training Plan information onto excel documents for tracking purposes.
  • Create learner files.
  • Department Filing.
  • EPA Results Tracking.
