- Managing your own mixed caseload of non contentious construction matters to include drafting and negotiating contracts (JCT and NEC4 contracts in particular), appointments and supporting documents
- Assisting other members of the department and supporting juniors
- Impressive client base of private and public sector clients including developers, healthcare providers, education institutions, transport authorities, main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants
- The team acts across a wide range of sectors including commercial development, student accommodation, local government, transport, education, health, utilities, energy and investment
- You:
- 5+ years' PQE as a non-contentious construction solicitor. Those with mixed contentious and non-contentious backgrounds welcome to apply
- In-house or private practice background
- Able to assist with business development, networking , supervision and management
