Six & Flow is seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as part of our growing team based out of Manchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and scheduling appointments including room bookings/calendar management for client meetings
- Ensuring risk assessments/compliance (health & safety/Fire/DSE)
- Receiving and sorting through posts
- Ordering and restocking office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Booking travel arrangements including accommodation and visas
- Dealing with suppliers (wifi/cleaners), whilst constantly research new deals and suppliers
- Ensuring office maintenance e.g window cleaning/repairs, charging cameras
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries
- Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests from Leadership and SMT
- Management shared working location in London, Toronto and South Africa
- Maintaining Password security across the agency
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and compliance
- Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
Ideally, you will have:
- GCSE/ O' level or equivalent
- 2+ years experience as Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistantor Secretary.
- Ability to commute within Manchester, UK.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite(Spreadsheets and PowerPoint Presentation in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Salery or upto £25,000 prorota
