Our Assistant Managers at the bakery have the important task of running the store in the absence of the Manager; they are truly the right-hand person to our Store Managers.
As the Assistant Manager, you are the second in command and play a crucial role in ensuring the team operates smoothly. Your main goals are to drive sales, boost profitability, and ensure customers have a satisfying experience.
Your primary focus is on leading and motivating the team, along with participating in food preparation, maintaining store hygiene, and serving our valued customers.
