Accounts Administrator - Rate of pay dependant on experience37 1⁄2 hours per week

Job Function/Purpose:
- Finance Office General Administrative duties
Principal Responsibilities:
- Maintain Accounts Payable Inbox
- Register Purchase Ledger invoices
- Purchase statement reconciliation
- Monthly filing of Purchase Ledger invoices
- Open new Supplier Accounts (cover for Purchase Ledger Clerk)
- Post cash received GBP/EUR/USD
- Open new Sales Ledger accounts (Cover for Sales ledger)
- Maintenance of Insurance renewals (Cover for Sales ledger)
- Deal with Credit limits and accounts on stop for Sales Ledger (Cover for Sales Ledger)
- Sending end of month Statements to customers
- Open post and distribute
- Answer incoming calls and door
- Provide cover for the payroll department in the absence of the payroll co-ordinator (Training to be provided
- Any other duties as required, commensurate with job position
Key Measures:
- Registering Purchase Ledger invoices efficiently and effectively
- Sending Sales Invoices to customers.
- Accurate Scanning of documentation
