Customer Services Operator - Didcot - Office based - Nuclear - Permanent opportunity
We are currently hiring for several exceptional Customer Services Operators to come and join us here at Akkodis, specifically delivering Customer Service solutions to one of our end clients in the Nuclear sector.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Answering in-bound telephone calls (20 per month on average)
Answering Social media queries (15 per month on average)
Involvement in events & community engagement
Workflow management & Client Support
What you need to succeed:
Excellent telephone matter
Strong written skills
Great attention to detail
Previous experience in a Customer Services background
IT Literate and capable of picking up new software quickly
