Production Operative / Assembly Operative

Days, £24,626 salary, Warwick and Leamington Spa.

A successful Warwickshire manufacturing business is growing and seeking to hire a team of a skilled production and assembly operatives.


The job:


As a production / assembly operative you'll be working in a new and pleasant environment assembling products to a high-quality standard.

You'll receive training on bespoke production and assembly equipment and taught the various build plans to complete work in a timely fashion.

You'll be providing manufacture data to help plan and forecast the production plans and contributing to the success of a pleasant team.


Your profile:


As a production operative you'll need to have a positive approach to professional assembly and be able to learn the new skills quickly.

The business is growing, and you'll need to be familiar with a busy environment, helping others and working within a team.

Prior experience in an assembly role isn't essential. An aptitude for assembly and production work, along with a keen desire to learn is needed.
