Overview:

Responsibilities:

Assist in providing highquality care to patients under the supervision of healthcare professionals
Support patients with personal care tasks
Help in the implementation of care plans
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
Drive patients to appointments or outings as needed

Skills:

Experience in home care or care homes is preferred
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
Proficiency in IT for maintaining electronic health records
Ability to follow care plans accurately
Valid driver's license for patient transportation
Fluency in English for clear communication with patients and staff
