Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
  • Monitor and report changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in UK as HCA.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards others
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus

Skills:


  • Meal preparation
  • Medication administration
  • Driving clients to appointments or activities
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
  • Case management for coordinating client care services
  • Experience in hospice care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is a plus
  • Developing and implementing care plans for clients in their homes

£11.00-£14.00 per hour
