We're looking for a Senior Estimator to join our Construction Team based out of our Aylesford office.Location:

Responsibilities
As a Senior Estimator, you'll be working within the Construction Team, will typically be responsible for tenders valued between £10m and £100m.
Your day to day will include:
- This role will be focused of advising, preparing and winning new tenders for the business. This will require you to manage robust and long-term relationships with clients and internal teams in line with the general strategy.
- You will need to assist as well as manage the production of tender documents, attend pretender and post tender interviews and provide data as requested.
- Not only will you have a large variety of project values to get involved with, you will also have the opportunity to work across a number of sectors including Education, Health, Heritage, Defence, Custodial, Commercial and Industrial
Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior Estimator is great for you if have:
- An Estimating background and have a strong ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Be highly organised and be able to present information in a logical manner.
- Have strong communicator skills and work well independently and as part of a team.
