We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Team as the Strategic Lead for Housing Services.


Your role:


We currently have an exciting opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Team as the Strategic Lead for Housing Services with a current stock of c.4,400 properties.


We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated housing professional to lead the development of the Housing Services Team, including programmes of transformation, keeping up to date with legislative and policy changes and ensuring the service adapts to meet any changes as required and is fully compliant with relevant regulatory or statutory obligations, including the Social Housing Regulation Act.


You will work collectively and collaboratively as part of the Housing Leadership Team, to ensure high quality services are delivered to the residents of East Suffolk.


We need an experienced strategic thinker who can be responsible for leading transformation programmes as well as identifying and managing risks, performance and finances.
