Intelligent Resource are partnering with our leading client a Data Analyst whom will look after Marketing / Campaign Analytics within a large scale programme which helps to implement, deliver, measure and improve the customer journey within the organisation.

Working closely with the Marketing team but also the wider group you will create data sets and analysis as well as building out the campaigns as improving the process surrounding the campaigns.


Key Responsibilities of the Role;

  • Using Salesforce Marketing cloud to design and develop customer selections, drive the customer communications to improve customer experience, build loyalty and improve business performance.
  • Working and communicating with the internal teams and other colleagues, ensuring timely delivery of customer selections to fulfil the customer journey from a marketing perspective.
  • In depth analysis of the data, that is used to inform and develop marketing/ customer campaigns, you will be responsible for presenting clear recommendations in relation to the campaigns, the process and how they can be optimised.

Experience / Knowledge Required;

  • Strong analytic skills, ability to understand marketing and customers insight.
  • Extensive experience in developing and delivering campaign analysis and further recommendations/ advice.
  • Proven experience/knowledge of campaign management tools (such as Salesforce, Unica, Oracle, etc)
  • Experience using SQL
  • Experience in A/B Testing
  • Strong technical aptitude / knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to bring data to life, especially within a nondata audience.
  • Understanding of governance and process
