Do you work in the retail/hospitality industry and looking to use your excellent customer service skills in an office based role?

Are you looking for a customer service role that offers remote working.

If so Reed in Cheltenham have an excellent opportunity for you.

We are currently recruiting for a number of roles on a Full time permanent basis.

Salary - £20,000, Increasing to £21,700 after 18 months


Flexible hours can be considered - but you must be willing to work 1 late shift per week (until 20:00) and 1 weekend day every 3 weeks.

Location Hybrid/Gloucester - Only 1 day per week required in office


Within this great opportunity you will be communicating, supporting and negotiating with customers to help deal with their case as quickly as possible.

We are looking for people who have a passion to help others. You will want to make sure our customers receive the best service they can.

Previous experience is not essential - what we are looking for is someone who can:

  • Demonstrate a considerate and empathetic phone manner to reassure customers.
  • To influence and persuade others to your way of thinking.
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise your own workload.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service, by communicating and supporting our customers.
  • Positive attitude and a flexible approach to change and team working.
