We are representing a fantastic leading property development company in their search for a Customer Service Coordinator. _
This is a temporary role for 1 month to start immediately with the possibility of an extension._

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will support the team in fulfilling their responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the business:

  • Ensure all calls received into the department are answered professionally and courteously, and issues logged appropriately (in accordance with Company's policies and procedures);
  • Communicate with the Customer Service Managers to ensure all defects are dealt with by the appropriate personnel (including sending defect notifications and following up);
  • Chaseup work outstanding daily and maintain the Homebuilder system updated;
  • Arrange access into apartments when required for inspections and/or maintenance works;
  • Keep purchasers and Housing Associations updated on progress at all times;
  • Provide administrative support for the Department, such as, handling and responding to all customer correspondence, collate site/sales paperwork, filing, etc.
  • Prepare WorksatCost packs as instructed by the Customer Service Managers;
  • Liaise between subcontractors and the division to ensure maintenance requests are carried out;
  • Arrange contracharges where necessary.
  • Liaise with Buying department order materials as and when required.
  • Support the department to ensure any issues that arise postexchange are effectively and efficiently dealt with.
  • Update weekly reports and distribute to relevant personnel.
  • Reception duties relieving receptionist during breaks.
