Looking to become part of something great, Thermal Guardian is a newly established company that is helping homeowners become more energy efficient Do you have what it takes to help homeowners by selling them an energy efficient product


We are seeking experienced field sales representatives that have at least 2+ years in the industry of selling spray foam insulation, solar panels, heat pumps, underfloor heating and thermal skirts.

The ideal field sales representative must be able to show us their previous track record of sales to be considered for this role.

This is a commission only role, OTE £50,000-£75,000

This role will require you as a field sales representative to travel to our booked appointments, your role is to sell our product in this appointment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales experience minimum 2 years in the industry.
  • Microsoft word + excel skills.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good initiative, and the ability to think of the spot.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct field sales activities by traveling to prebooked appointments with homeowners.
  • Utilize your sales expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of our energyefficient products, emphasizing how they can improve energy savings, comfort, and sustainability.
  • Build rapport with homeowners, understand their specific needs, and tailor your sales pitch accordingly.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the features, advantages, and unique selling points of our products.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to establish trust and foster longterm customer relationships.
  • Present product options, pricing, and financing plans in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Use problemsolving skills to address potential objections or concerns and provide suitable solutions.
  • Demonstrate initiative and think on your feet to adapt to different selling situations.
  • Work well under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, specifically selling energyefficient products, such as spray foam insulation, solar panels, heat pumps, underfloor heating, or thermal skirts.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for managing sales documentation and reports.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to appointments.
  • Must have your own car
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Selfmotivated, driven, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced sales environment.
