Are you currently seeking a new opportunity and you're tired of your current position. Look no further we are currently expanding our outbound team We are offering a hardworking, resilient, and money-motivated individual to join our team


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our energyefficient products and services.
  • Utilize scripts and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and level of interest.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up and conduct inhome consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and update our CRM system accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
  • Ability to confidently engage with potential customers and overcome objections.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Knowledge or interest in energyefficient home improvement products is a plus.

Pay:
£21,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
