How you'll change it up


You'll be pivotal in leading, inspiring and developing a high performing pricing and commercial propositions team, working towards the goal of driving uptake across CityFibre's network and achieving our commercial objectives and KPIs.

Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:


  • Identifying and leading on the development of new pricing and commercial proposition strategies
  • Tracking and managing pricing vs budget and CityFibre's long range business plan
  • Owning pricing across the front and back books, including tactical promotions
  • Championing pricing developments across the business, working in collaboration with key business stakeholders to socialise key pricing and commercial proposition developments
  • Implementing new pricing and proposition changes, working collaboratively with other teams across CityFibre
  • Developing thought leadership and perspective on key market trends and implications
  • Developing and setting up a pricing performance review process

What you'll bring to the role
You'll have an extensive background in pricing and / or commercial, with demonstrable experience leading pricing and commercial propositions teams, including executing pricing strategies for consumer and/or business telecoms services


You'll also have:

  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to forge working relationships with colleague and business partners at all levels
