About the Role

  • To support and educate the importance of a right firsttime process
  • Monitor, check and sign off work, to encourage a right firsttime policy
  • Oversee picking and loading of all our vehicles to support a strong team ethos
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
  • Plan the schedule (set by the logistics admin team) to ensure lorries are loaded safely and efficiently
  • Monitor team performance via KPI's reports
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly team debriefs

About You

  • Must hold a valid Reach FLT licence
  • Must have experience of working within a warehousing environment
  • Driving licence and Counterbalance FLT licence would be highly advantageous, however not essential
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with the team and management
  • Experience of managing a team and leadership experience would be highly advantageous, however not essential
  • IT Literate
