You need to be able to deliver across at least 2 or more of our 5 London sites (Wembley, Kingsbury, Southall, Holborn, Great Titchfield Street). Regent offers a variety of timetables to meet our students' needs; therefore, we have opportunities for weekends, evenings (6-9 pm), and weekdays (9-6 pm).

We have both full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time opportunities.

Head of Programmes - £55-65,000

Seeking experienced academic leaders, higher education learning and teaching experts who can demonstrate excellent academic management, high-quality learning and teaching and programme development. An ability to manage, motivate and oversee a series of programmes / levels or cohorts on a large-scale programme, to successfully meet OfS B conditions, quality and subject benchmarks, sector standards and KPIs. Hold a relevant Doctorate or Masters and equivalent / suitable professional experience, SFHEA membership or a higher education teaching qualification and / or suitable professional accreditation / membership.

Programme Leaders £55,000

Seeking experienced programme managers, who can demonstrate excellent learning and teaching, module leadership and programme / level management. Able to support and guide other academic colleagues, line manage faculty, develop and improve programmes in line with OfS B conditions, subject benchmarks, sector standards and relevant KPIs.An ability to show a track record on module and programme enhancement.

Seeking an experienced senior lecturer who can show excellence in learning and teaching, with familiarity and success in Module Leadership, student academic support, overseeing admissions and assuring academic integrity. As a Senior Lecturer you will need to oversee colleagues, support our students and work with Programme Leaders and Quality to achieve excellent outcomes and meet OfS B conditions, subject benchmarks and sector recognised standards.

Hold a relevant Doctorate or Masters and equivalent / suitable professional experience, FHEA membership, and / or a higher education teaching qualification and / or suitable professional accreditation / membership.
