The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a well-established and growing business in the North of Leicester.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact to handle any enquiries across the customer service department.
Your daily responsibilities could include the below:
- Effective problem solving ensuring that each individual case is resolved within one point of call.
- Communicate with other internal departments to ensure a firstclass customer journey.
- Work to deadlines and ensure callbacks and diary arrangements are delivered as expected.
- Making sure all data inputting is correct and maintained.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will need to have strong listening and communication skills to be able to build report with each individual customer and resolve any issues or escalations efficiently and effectively.
In return you will be offered an attractive salary of £19,000-£22,000 and have the opportunity to really progress your career internally.
