    Working closely with the National Head of Tax, you will be responsible for managing and supervising members of the group wide corporate tax team in order to deliver a world class corporate tax compliance service to an exciting mix of clients.

    As the Head of Corporate Tax, you will have the opportunity to help grow and shape the corporate tax compliance team and put your stamp on the department.

    Managing the corporation tax compliance function across all of our offices, including Overseeing corporation tax computation preparation & review Tax accounting
    Effective communication with clients regarding all corporate tax matters, including enquiries, tax queries and technical updates
    Supervising & supporting the development of junior members of the corporate tax team, including carrying out regular performance catch ups and ensuring they are on track with their studies towards professional exams Identifying and delivering advisory project work as a result of corporation tax compliance process
    Working closing with the audit and compliance team to streamline the corporation tax compliance process to deliver an efficient service for clients
    Working closely with the advisory, private client, wealth and personal tax compliance teams to ensure clients receive a holistic service from the tax department as a whole Working closely with other departments across Sedulo to ensure clients receive a world class financial advisory service
    Qualified CTA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent
    Robust post qualifying experience in a private practice Corporate Tax environment
    Confident in dealing with clients at all levels, great communication skills with clients over the phone or in person
    Commercial outlook with an appetite to take on new challenges
