How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

The Helium production operative will cover all areas of helium production from raw material import to product release from lab.

Planning of filling both helium gas cylinders and cryogenic dewars.

Maintaining low levels of product loss whilst complying with Health & Safety requirements at all times

Helium tank decanting
Gas cylinder filling
Cryogenic helium filling into dewars
Stock management
Database(SAP) input.
Forklift yard work(training given)
Helium testing in onsite Lab using Helium Gas chromatograph
HGV driver training if required.

Gas knowledge or a production background is an advantage.
Technical Mindset, good common sense.
Mechanical background an advantage
Customer focused with drive and enthusiasm.
Problem solving skills and ability to anticipate problems.
Good communication skills.
Good time management and being able to prioritise my own workload.
Understands customer needs and works to exceed expectations.
Works with internal teams to drive the business forward.
Complies with legislation and company policies and procedures.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Raises issues that may impinge on health & safety requirements.
Reports Near Misses and dangerous occurrences.
Ensures the working environment is kept tidy and free from hazards.
HGV Class 1 license(not essential)
