Our Head of Savings & Partnerships is recruiting a Lead role in their team with a core purpose to develop & lead the savings product & pricing strategy.

You'll influence EXCO & Senior management on our direction to deliver on our corporate plan objectives for Money.

You will be joining the Savings & Partnership Product Team, consisting of 4 Product & Pricing Specialists to lead on the development and delivery of best in class, customers focussed savings products.

The role involves working closely with a wide range of teams across the society including Marketing, Digital, Business Partnering, Finance, Legal, Compliance & the Society's Distribution & Operations functions, with the aim of bringing your vision to life and energise everyone to work together to achieve the same objectives.

What Will You Be Doing?

Lead the Savings Product and Pricing agenda to deliver set corporate plan targets and longterm customer growth.
Influence ExCo and Senior Management to bring retail pricing and products to market.
Influence direction for corporate planning and the Money strategy by bringing external view of wider market, growth opportunities and trading optimisation.
With an eye for detail, you'll have strong commercial acumen to assess the effectiveness of pricing decision and demonstrate continual improvement in optimising pricing performance.
Work with the Savings Product Owner to identify and develop new savings initiatives aligned with our strategic direction, and customer/commercial targets.
Maintain robust levels of skills and knowledge to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in product and pricing development.

What Do We Need From You?

A customerfocused individual with a strong commercial acumen
Experienced in margin management.
Experience in product development.
Proven ability to influence, engage & work in partnership with senior stakeholders.
Extensive knowledge of the UK financial services product marketplace, including knowledge of retail savings market, marketing a proposition development & financial forecasting
