Job description:

As a Business Coordinator you will provide support for Business Services to the Defence Munitions leadership team. You will coordinate business objectives and ensure effective Business Management of the Senior Leadership teams day to day work.

You will support in collating information and data to assist with business meetings and will seek advice to ensure that effective business management services are consistently provided to multiple stakeholders.


In this role, you will be given the opportunity to develop your Business Management skillset in a supportive environment offering progression opportunities.


Please note this role can be carried out at any of the 3 stated locations on a hybrid basis and will require occasional travel to other Defence Munitions sites.


Responsibilities

  • Support in the production of a variety of documentation, including business cases, reports, and clearance documentation.
  • Analyse corporate reporting and management information, acting on key findings.
  • Manage internal and external queries on various issues by providing advice and assistance where required.
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior staff to ensure they are resolved.
  • Provide support for the Team Lead for workforce planning.

Person specification:


  • Ability to analyse information

  • Evidence of identifying and implementing business improvements
  • Able to demonstrate building business relationships
