Our client is a responsive, client-focused and award-winning Managed Service Provider, helping clients achieve success and transformation through their IT and communications.

They are looking for a Billing Team Leader to join their team. The role offersa 4 day week (compressed hours) or a 9 day fortnight


As the Billing Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the billing team to ensure complete and timely invoicing to customers.

You will report directly to the Transactional Financial Controller.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the billing team to ensure invoices are issued to clients accurately and within SLAs.
  • Work with the Financial Controller to set team and individual objectives.
  • Provide training and support to the billing team to ensure they can perform their duties to the highest standards.
  • Continually work to improve processes to ensure the billing function is operating as efficiently as possible.
  • Perform monthly invoicing on ConnectWise and/or inform, including updating customer agreements to reflect monthly usage.
  • Track new monthly revenue won and updating ConnectWise/Inform.
  • Handle adhoc ticket and project invoicing on ConnectWise.
  • Raise credit notes and monitor credit notes and billing queries.
  • Work with Credit Control Supervisor to investigate and resolve escalated billing issues.
  • Set up new clients in the relevant Finance systems.
  • Perform any other adhoc work as assigned by the Financial Controller.
