    I am recruiting for a Deputy Nurse Manager to join an award winning fifty-four bedroom nursing home that offers a team of talented professionals particularly skilled in care for people with dementia and challenging behaviours related to mental health.

    This role
    • Assist in managing the care team
    • Assist in the daily routines of the home
    • Be an asset to the home by providing clinical care to a professional standard
    • Cover the home manager when needed
    • Evaluate and review procedures in the home, guaranteeing it operates in a way that uses resources in a professional and productive manner.
    Requirements
    • Valid NMC pin
    • Experience as Charge Nurse
