  • Overseeing the daily route planning of general work to ensure successful completion of all deliveries and collection, ensuring customer expectations are constantly met.
  • Monitoring work booked via the Palletways & FM3 systems and work closely with your team to ensure vehicles are assigned to general freight and prioritised
  • Planning loads and routes that are commercially beneficial
  • Act as the first point of escalation, dealing with daily issues from customers, Palletways and drivers.
  • Working within Palletways, Distance, Containers.
  • Monitoring drivers and their performance, advising, and reporting to Line Manager.
  • Other relevant Ad-Hoc duties will be required to suit the business needs when required.
  • Transport Manager experience preferred (CPC Licence)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
