Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.


Duties will include:

  • Conducting assessments for your referrals to designate what support they would require
  • Preparing action plans
  • Working with your team and partner agencies to get a successful outcome
  • Providing support to your caseload to provide settled accommodation
  • Developing relationships with Private Sector Landlords

Experience Required:

  • Experience of working with people with complex needs
  • Able to demonstrate accommodation experience in previous roles
  • Worked with exoffenders in the past
  • Able to be confident with speaking to multiagencies
  • Must be able to drive and have access to their own car and able to get to HMP Bullingdon
