Part Time Finance Administrator

Salary £25,000-£29,000 Pro Rata
We are working with a Leeds based client who works within the healthcare sector.

As a result of natural growth and strong expansion plans, they are looking to recruit a
Part Time FinanceAdministrator to work 18.5 hours a week.Our client is flexible with the days and the role can be hybrid after probation.


Working with the Group Finance Manager, you will be involved with general accounts tasks such as bank reconciliations, payroll information and other general accounts duties.

Our client is looking to recruit immediate and interviews will take place week commencing 30th January 2023


What you will be involved with:

  • Supporting the company accountant and team
  • Working on Xero software to produce reports on daytoday financial transactions
  • Dealing with invoices and expenses
  • Manage finance agreements and some collection of accounts
  • Supporting with purchasing and looking at purchasing costs
  • Work with Directors and Leadership Team on various tasks that support the daytoday business
  • Looking after internal financial systems
  • Support monthly payroll routine with the People Development Manager
  • Reconciling monthly expenses

Skills and Experience required
-
We are looking for advanced knowledge of Excel for efficient reporting:

  • An understanding of accounting software eg: Dext, Xero
  • Experience within a general accounts or book keeping role with similar tasks to the above
  • Highly organised in your approach to work and able to prioritise a range of tasks
  • Strong communication skills to build key relationships
  • Confident, selfstarter with a positive attitude and approach
  • Previous financial administrative experience desired
